Boutique Hotel

Philadelphia

The boutique hotel was named, "The Maker," to pay homage to the current tenants of the building, the Locks Art Gallery. The goal for this project was to provide a unique, art-forward experience for the guests by incorporating installations from local artists, that change bi-yearly, to give guests exclusive showings. This also provides networking opportunities for Philadelphia based artists by creating a direct line between artists and potential clients.The design is minimalistic featuring a neural color pallet with luxurious materials and bold textures used throughout the three story building.
