This home was built in the 70’s and was left vacant for over five years prior to the renovation. 

The design concept for this remodel was to eliminate the dark spaces in this home to ensure natural light would reflect through the space. This was achieved by creating an open concept between the living, dining and kitchen areas, as well as omitting or altering the existing dark colored materials. The vaulted ceiling allows the living space to double in size, visually. The construction of a loft area serves as easy access to attic storage, as well as additional livable square footage to increase property value.
